Tuesday's Maths
As we did some addition recap learning yesterday, I suspect you can guess what it is today...
That's right, subtraction! Remember the key rules. Line it up carefully in columns. Start in the ONES column. Always think, 'Can I do this or do I need to EXCHANGE?' For example in the ones column, 4 - 2 is fine, but 4 - 6 I could not do and would need to exchange from the tens column. Please find some questions attached. For an extra (optional) challenge, you could try and write your own subtraction word problems.
