English: Charlotte's Web

Today, Team Amin joined Team Beraet for a really exciting drama activity led by Mr Williams to get everyone thinking about what they might see, hear and smell in a barnyard. This activity was in prepartion for their setting desciptions and Friday's Big Write, where we will be thinking about describing the barn in which Charlotte, Wilbur and their friends live. We were very impressed with the childrens' imagination and responses about what they might be able to hear - e.g. 'eggs cracking as they hatch', 'wind whistling' and 'floorboards and the old, barn door creaking'. Keep up the fantastic work and we look forward to reading what you write this week!
