Research - consent form
We have had a student teacher, Mr Jones, occasionally supporting in our class throughout the year. As part of his studies he is conducting some research into play. He did part of this research with the children on Friday where they drew a picture to show how they play in school and answered some questions about play in a questionnaire.
He needs parental consent to use their responses in his dissertation. Your child will have brought home a consent form on Friday and we would be very grateful if you could read, sign and return it by Friday 25th March.
