Environmental Day

On Friday, RAPS had our first Environmental Day, where we spent the day thinking about climate change and learning about COP26.  We had an assembly with Thanet District Council about littering and then wrote and delivered some incredible speeches to be elected as a RAPS Eco Rep and to help our school do its part in tackling the climate crisis. After lunch, we joined Mrs Vost to take part in the Cummins Washing Line Sculpture competition where we designed sculptures using items of clothing or material. The winning class wins a Weather Station, so fingers crossed for the wonderful creatures Team Amin R-B created!
