Oral story telling

This term we are really enjoying oral story telling and we are now practising it every day! We are absolutely loving coming up with our own stories and using our questioning skills to help our comprehension and to set the scene. This week as part of our Persona Development week we learnt about one of our school values - Enquiry (Walter the worm) and we learnt how to pose a questions using who? what? Where? how? and why? to find things out and get information. In the book corner we have been enjoying rehearsing telling stories to each other and using the question dice to pose questions. 

We have created some really funny stories so far and we cannot wait to add more to them.
