Maths

This week we have started learning the different methods to help us multiply. At the beginning of the week we were finding equal groups and identifying how many groups there were and using vocabulary such as ‘I have 4 groups of 5’. Later in the week we moved onto repeated addition to help us visualise the groups and their amounts. Finally towards the end of the week we started looking at looked at how we could use arrays to make the groups. We all had our favourite methods and we cannot wait until next week when we will be exploring them further.
