RE: Islam and the Qur'an

Team Amin have been thinking about the revelation of the Qur’an to the prophet Muhammad recently. Today, we considered how Muslims treat the Qur’an respectfully and explored our new knowledge through drama. We learnt about Wudu, a type of ritual purification, which involves the washing of parts of the body. We learnt about the special cloth that covers the Qur’an and why it is always kept in a high place. In our role plays, we acted out scenes in both a classroom and an airport and carefully collaborated to ensure that everyone had a role.
