Our Heroes

Today we started our new topic for the term: Our Heroes. We introduced the topic and what Our heroes means (a person admired for great deeds or fine qualities) and discussed the heroes in our life and community. The children had some great hero examples, and we talked about family, friends, emergency service staff, postal service staff, shop assistants and pets! We also read My Dad is Brilliant, and My Mum is Brilliant by Nick Butterworth.
