Safer Internet Day

Today 7th February 2023 is Safer Internet Day. We learnt that the Internet is an amazing tool to help us learn and discover the world around us and it gives us incredible access to many wonderful things. However we also learnt that sometimes we might see something online that makes us feel worried or uncomfortable. We read a great story called Hanni and the Magic Window by Amy Lockwood. It tells the story of who we can tell if we feel like this. We know we can talk to ANY adult at RAPS or our grown ups at home. Miss Okai came in to talk to us in the afternoon and we loved doing a technology treasure hunt around the school and talking about all the things we use the Internet for.
