Personal Development Week

In class, we have looked at ways in which people support their local community during times of trouble. For this, we explored the case studies of four individuals who helped their local area during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the children were able to identify vulnerable groups and planned ways in which they might be able to aid them.

We have also looked at the British Value of democracy - including the makeup of Parliament and a brief look at a timeline of democracy in this country.

Other lessons have explored the potential problems of social media and how they can be avoided!
