Reminder- tomorrow's trip

The weather looks to be sunny and windy tomorrow, so we advise a light jacket and suncream applied. Trainers or croc style shoes with a strap on the heel should be worn so that children can explore the various terrains of the area safely.

For those meeting us at the beach we are meeting at 9:10am  at the attached address/coordinates.

The children will not be going in the water so will not need wet water gear but should wear something of the school uniform on their top half to identify them as RAPS children, either school colours, cardigan or jumper with the emblem on or PE hoodie. Those who wish to wear full school uniform are perfectly fine to do so. 

Our activities involve a study of habitats, an observational sketch, using a classification key and building a habitat for a local invertebrate. We will provide resources for these activities, but children will need to bring a water bottle and snack as we will be at the beach during break.

We hope this will be a great hands on experience for the children and a great way to consolidate their learning for the first half of this term.
