Plants !

This term we have been learning all about plants in science. We have planted our own sunflowers which have now started to germinate and sprout! We have been learning about the parts of a plant, water transportation and photosynthesis. Today, we had a fantastic time acting out photosynthesis, which really helped reinforce their understanding of how plants make food to stay alive. Last week, we created large models of plants that demonstrated how water moves through them.
